Vansilk offers world worldwide shipping. For orders over £100, we will offer free delivery. For orders under £100, the freight price is £8 which will be calculated at checkout.

  1. The current processing time is 1 - 3 business days excluding weekends. After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification.
  2. Some international shipments may be subject to customs fees outside of VanSilk’s control.
  3. When package arrives, please take a moment to check it over. f you do not receive your package or if there are any issues with your delivery, please reach out to our support team at your earliest convenience. 
  4.  Currently, due to logistical restrictions we are temporarily unable to deliver to the following countries: the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Syria, and Yemen.
